Petersen & Petersen is proud to announce a significant step forward in our commitment to enhancing public safety and justice. This week, our founding partner, Susan Petersen, testified before the Ohio House Homeland Security Committee in support of House Bill 473.
HB 473, sponsored by State Rep. Lauren McNally, aims to install security cameras at Ohio’s 85 rest stops. This initiative has received strong support from public safety advocates who see the cameras as crucial for combating human trafficking and preventing crimes. In her testimony, Susan shared a personal story about her family’s recent tragedy, highlighting the vital role security cameras can play in saving lives, preventing violence, and securing evidence to ensure justice for all.
