Negligent operation of a motor vehicle resulting in neck injury.

Represented long-time contractor client involved in a dispute with homeowner. Client filed Mechanic’s Lien. In retaliation, homeowner brought claims ranging from Breach of Contract to Fraud to violations of the Consumer Sales Practices Act. Jury returned verdict favoring client’s position.
